How do I do this? I'm thinking about reformatting my PC and making RAID 0 arrays so I need to save the data...

 

You should be able to save the data by copying it all onto a data CD (CD-R) or a large-sized memory stick.

That way when you wipe your computer the Sim data will be in a remote location.
