Secret Society Glitch, plz help! So, when I tried to join the secret society... ya know... became friends with 3 of the members... well one of them comes to my house and makes chicken noises at me, pokes me then kidnaps me. This takes me to a limo and then a loading screen saying the secret society name. well... I never get to go to the secret society... it loads then when it would be about to show me, it is back to my house and i get out of the limo and no time has passed and nothing has happened. This has happened for the last couple sim weeks at about 10 pm. What is going on? Is there some way to fix this glitch?

No, hacks are game modifications. Sometimes you can get them by accident when you download a house, or you may have some you downloaded on purpose. Occasionally downloads can screw up your game, too. You might want to try removing your downloads folder temporarily and then try to join the society. If it works, you know you have a bad download. If it doesn't, I'm not sure what your next step would be. The only thing I can think of is, are you playing a university you made yourself? If so, you need to add a secret society if you want to play it. But if you're playing a premade university the societies should already be there.
Secret Society problems - One neighborhood multiple universities Hello. I'm new to the forum. I read this topic and I ran into the same problem. This seems to happens IF you have more than one university in your neighborhood. If you have two universities in your neighborhood, amazingly, the game gets confused as to which secret society it should go to. Even though the secret societies in each of the pre-made colleges have different names, the game can't seem to make the distinction between the secret societies. I had two universities and ran into this problem but once I deleted one of my universities (after moving the Sims who were attending there to the other one), this problem went away. I don't know if EA fixed this problem or if they are even aware of it. Hope this helps.
