Hi Benji, I don't have the console version but your sim has a cold or the flu. He'll get better if you keep his needs all green. Basically I just send mine to bed after making sure they fed and bathed. If they're not sleepy I just have relax and daydream .... they usual get well again in less than a day. If you let them roam around they just give the pesky infection to other sims so watch out. Also watch out for your sick sim getting up to cough and then wandering off to something else ... keep him in bed!
