Sim Chat Help Jan 24 , 7:10 PM Eastern Standard Time Sim Chat is functioning as I see OTHER people there using it. However sim chat seems to be incompatible with Sun Java 1.4.1 which I have installed on my computer. Suite is in there trying to say hi to me, which I can't reply even to say that I can't reply. I can't find Microsoft VM due to the stupid lawsuit between them and the other pirates - Sun. If you can download a version of it for IE 5 or 6 win 98 let me know. or if it's on win 98 CD anywhere. All I see is half a screen and on the bottom: Type here > Send .. with NO space inbetween where I could type anything !!! Not muted, that I know of.. (haven't been there since November even. it just isn't working. Help me fix it.. or let Shalee5 , Suite, Josh and others know, my computer is broken and I can't even call the repairman for 50 bucks an hour lol.
I was wondering what had happened Van. Have you tried to see if it will work at all in opening chat in a new window? I hope you can find a solution, we have been missing you there. Btw, I have changed my chat name to cherokeewoman after an accidental mute, but that is taken care of now, I just like the new name better at Sims. :classic: *hugs*
I had problems before Van. Have you tried go to IE's Internet tools and give ea.com full access to all cookies? That helped me. You can also try download the new version of cheetachat. That ones works now - for most people. Josh knows where to get it. Hope it will be ok soon Van. will be nice to see you in chat again. :classic: *Gives Van a big hug*
