Simple Expansion Pack Question

Hey does anyone know which expansion pack for The Sims 2 that has the elevators?

 

I believe they appear in Open For Business

 

I think there will also be a new one in the apartment life EP.

You know that makes sense for them to have one in AL for those that don't have OFB but I hope there is something different about it for those of us that already have them. I haven't used them though but I would with an apartment building. It would take too long for them to get to the own door if you have more then two floors. Besides what sim would want to walk up three flights of stairs to get home every day?! I know I wouldn't!
