Sims 2 Blue Screen and Constant Hourglass Hello all and thank you in advance for reading. I am so incredibly frustrated right now. Every time I try and play Sims 2 the game lags in the blue screen with the hour glass. This happens every 10-20 seconds. When I try and create a family the game crashes to the blue screen of death. I have tried updating drivers, re installing Vista, ending all un necessary processes and setting affinity (i think thats what it was called) since I have a dual core processor. So far nothing has worked. Here are my specs and what a compatability tool has told me about them. What does the BSOD actually say is the problem? Something like a error code or if there's a problem with a particular file.
It says ATIdmg or something like that, which would be my video card driver right? I did a clean install of the new drivers.. so I am at a loss for what could be wrong with my video card.
