    Sims 2 University Gets Stuck at 78% When I Put The Second Disc In.

    When i Put The Second Disc in For Sims 2 University It Totally Stops Installing and Just Stays at TSData\Control\Control1.dat

    Please Help Me !!


    I Have Installed it Before and it worked Fine, I Unistalled Because i Didnt Use it Anymore But Now i Want it Back Now :happy:

    If you kept the receipt - to where you purchased this program, talk or email to customer service at www.aspyr.com (( I tried to ask EA for help instead - but aspyr will answer back in a couple of hours... and then suggest if they can send you another DVD.)) --- most likely, downloading is an option due to security reasons.

    Yes, this worries me too... I decided to cave in and buy this Expansion Pack, and Nightlife at the Apple Store, crossing my fingers that what you have though - is just an isolated incident, or this is a really bad batch...

    Another thing to watch out for - with Expansion Packs, is this rumor about the Bon Voyage having a SECUROM... which causes the CAS Body and Game Play face and make-up to pixilate to the point where some who wrote on Yahoogroups on Macsims, that it couldn't be played in a comfortable manner.

    SECUROM is ment to prevent hacking - but there's problems with it being a viral, with some screwed up string that causes the game to crash. Still, some folks don't have that problem happen to them at all.

    ... So, don't give up... call customer service and get that straightend out.

    I could be wrong...but I don't think the Mac games contain SecuROM...
