Sims 2 University Webmaster Event - Irony? Does anyone remember the Sims 2 University Webmaster Press event that was from last year? Anyone find it remotely ironic that the first expansion pack name is from actually the same as the webmaster event?
LMAO! I thought the same thing yesterday, Josh!! I'll bet they have all the expansion packs already planned out and in development.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure they do. They probably even know what expansion packs are going to be released shortly after The Sims 3 is on store shelves. If I remember correctly from an interview I read with one of the lead developers, they actually wanted to put "University" in TS1, but apparently implementation wasn't feasible due to technological limits.
So many negative waves. I mean, if you stop to think about it there isn't much of a range of themes that could be added to the game as EP's as opposed to the wishful thinking variety that are always going to be impossible or just plain nutty. (I'm thininking of going to work as an example of nutty/impossible) The current engine supports a much greater range of animation options than the previous game so I imagine that we will will eventually get at least one with EP with something like cycling or horseback riding as recreational activities (as opposed to methods of getting from lot to lot)
