Sims 3 blackscreen Hey peeps, First of all i shall say hello. I've just got sims 3 and i have installed it on my computer. After going into the create a sims menu, my computer black screens and goes back to the desktop. I realise i'm not the only one having this problem. The graphics card i have is a Connect3D 9550 Radeon. I'm struggling to find a driver to update and i think this is my problem. Can anyone else give me any idea's as to what it could be? Kitten would you please post your dxdiag report? If you have Windows xp click the start button and right above it click Run. Type in dxdiag and click ok. Once it runs click the button on the bottom of the page that says save all info. Save it to your desktop and include it with your next reply. If you have Vista follow the above instructions only type in dxdiag in the search field of your computer.
