Sims 3 stall Hi, Im running a xp pc (I've included the dxdiag) and am having issues with the sims 3. It will freeze mid game, anywhere from after 30min to 2 hours of play, sometimes the game just freezes (mouse and all) and I can see what I was doing but cant interact and have to restart my computer. Also sometimes it goes blank and my screen turns off and I have to again, restart the computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Greg.
Try running a memtest to ensure that nothing is wrong with your RAM. http://www.memtest.org/download/2.11/memtest86+-2.11.iso.zip Once this file is unzipped, you will need to burn the .iso image file to a blank CD.
