Sims can't interact after installing World Adventures. I installed World Adventures recently and since then I haven't been able to have my sims interact with any other sims. I've reinstalled and rebooted, I've deleted all my mods and it still doesn't work. The only interaction I've been able to get is a mean interaction between married sims. Does anyone know how to fix this? Edit: I can get my sims to go on adventures and stuff, but that's about it.
You may need to go into your (my) documents folder and delete all the (4 of them) cache files located in the Electronic Arts folder there. Seems like someone here said to do this if memory serves me correctly. Also when you uninstall the game it doesn't always remove the folder for the game in the program files/electronic arts folder.
Remove the "Mods" folder from C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\ as well as the Resource.cfg file. Then delete the *Cache.package files from My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\ The Mods folder is not automatically deleted when you uninstall.
