Sims2 Pets Latest Patch So I downloaded the patch, (I also downloaded the earlier pets patch that was said to fix the bodyshop problem) and I thought that it would solve my problem of my sims face being stretched each time I make a pet with the family. Excited, I entered the game, made my sims with a cute dog, placed them in a house, and voila, a stretched face. Is there anyway I could, or anyone could help me report this to the bug team or something? Its just frustrating having my sims go to the pet store to purchase a pet each time I want a pet, instead of making a pet together with them in "Create A Family". And yes Im lazy, but thinking bout it, why cant it just be fixed? Im upset about this :(
Ouch! That should have been fixed with the patch. (The newest patch includes the "BodyShop" patch, by the way.) Did you get the right patch? There are two of them. One is if you got Pets on a CD. The other is if you got it through EA Links as a download. If you have the right patch and still have a problem with the game, it would be a good idea to report it. If they don't know what the problems is and don't have a way to reproduce it, they can't fix it. But figuring out the exact steps to fix it is the main thing. To report it, you'll need to go to the official site and find the report thread (if it's still there) or the bug report button (if it's still there.)
Whenever I install a new EP it says "Checking to see if your game is up to date." Does this mean EPs come with the patch for the previous EP installed? I have dialup, so getting the patch is no small matter. I have to get someone else to download it for me ... If I know I can wait for Seasons that would make my life so much easier. Does anyone know the answer?
