    Skins!

Does anyone know where I can find a Yukina skin? Or how to make skins?

I suspect that you mean clothes, rather than skins. (Skins in TS2, unlike TS1, are skintones more often. Clothes are just clothes.)

I don't know the character you are speaking of (because I really know very little about Anime.) However, Sim Stuff has some good skins (although not nearly as many as we'd like to see), as do many of the other sites. You can get a list of various fansites by going to the official TS2 site and looking under Community: fansites. You'll have to search a few probably, but there may even be one which devotes itself to Anime art.

You can use Body Shop and a good paint program to make the clothes. If you have the game installed, you launch it by going to Start, clicking on Programs or All Programmes, then EA GAMES, then The Sims 2 which takes you to a list which has The Sims 2 Body Shop on it. Click on it to launch it, and then wait. (It may take some time to come up, especially if you already have any downloads. But don't click it again as it will give you a message that you already have it running, and then both crash.)

Here are some tutorials which might help you:

And here is information about various paint programs you could use:

The official program websites all have downloadable, free trial period versions:

    This one is shareware:

This one has links to several free products:

Hopefully this puts you on the way to being able to create your own. (And if you do, you might consider putting them on Sim Stuff. That way others can appreciate your work too.)
