Slow dance? Real Estate? How do you make 2 sims slow dance? How do you become a realator/work for the real estate office?
Slow dancing is an option that shows up with Nightlife. I'm not sure how far along the relationship points need to be but since dating is a big part of the Nightlife EP, I would not think that relationship points need to be high. In other words, slow dancing would be one of the ways of getting the points up and having a good date. Real estate sales are possible, I believe, with the OFB EP. I imagine that you set up an office, buy lots and hang the deeds on the wall, but I haven't done it so I'm not sure exactly how it would work.
