SimCity 4 Starting problem

    Starting problem

    hello,

    I just bought Sim City 4 Deluxe Edition. the instalation went smoothly but when i started the game up it would be in the middle of showing the EA games logo and then it would exit out of Sim City and back to the windows xp start up window. Can any body help me out
