The on-going battle with a fan and EA Tech Support Those who have been with the Sims community for some time may be familiar with VRevis.* She was one of the talented individuals who attended The Sims 3 Creator’s Camp back in January.* Well, you may not be familiar with the fact that she has spent 7 months dealing with EA Tech Support trying to get her account straightened out.* To sum up her problems she bought the game back in June with the other Creator Camp attendees.* Everyone who attended was able to use their existing accounts – which were all featured artists – except Val.* Honest mistake, right?* You’d think so…But apparently solving tech problems isn’t EA’s strong points…because after 7 months of frustration she still is having issues.* If I read correctly, I do think they finally set up another account for her – except for the fact that she is still missing some of her work and the featured artist tag… I can’t really say much more about the subject without going off into flames and bashing EA myself, so I’ll stay quiet and let VRevis do the talking.* You can read more about her experience on the subject either at Reclaim your Game or from her blog, A Cuppa Joe.
