Not as such. But there are a number of tools which can help find a troublesome hack if that is what you mean. At ModTheSims2.com, Delphy's Download Organiser is a tool which helps find and organise your downloads, including identifying what they do so you can identify files whihc are hacks and also track down any downloads which are "orphans" (skins without a mesh). Paladin has a hack conflict detection utility (found in Sims 2 >> Programs) which will scan your downloads and tell which if any might conflict with each other and cause unexpected results or program failure. Note that no tool is perfect and that problem downloads can be tricky and bothersome to find. What exactly do you want to do?
