TS2U Question There is one thing I've been dieing to know, and it's probably been answered somewhere, but I don't have all day to sit around surfing the net for University info. So can someone who has the EP tell me: Does the EP allow you to move sims from one neighborhood to another betwen life stages? Could I move Tiberius Wyndham out of LaJolla Vista to attend La Fiesta Tech and then have him take up life in Darya Vale after graduation? Can kids from different neighborhoods attend the same university and become friends or even marry to become a family to move into one neighborhood or another? I doubt it, but I was so thinking it would be cool if Maxis could allow for this sort of realistic multi-hood envrionment.
The neighborhoods are still not interconnected. You can have your Sims attend any University, but they still go back to their old neighborhood. And if you look in the University, even if it is the same name, it's like a whole different set of Sims. (Think parallel universes, just like the old Vacation, Downtowns and the like from TS1.) I too was hoping that Maxis would do it so that we had a way of interacting between neighborhoods, but no such luck. Sigh. (I suspect it will be TS3 before we'll get things of that nature.)
