two 'how do I' questions (sorry!) ah, sorry, I'm so clueless with this game at the moment! My questions are both building related- Firstly: How do you know the 'layout score' of the house you have built? I can remember in TS1 it was by the little meter telling you how far along in your job you were. Also, even then I was terrible at creating well laid out houses- any tips? Secondly: I've read a lot of references to basements on here, how do you build them? Or do you need a particular expansion pack for this? Thank you very much Rozzalina
Hmm ... there isn't a layout score in TS2, as far as I'm aware. The only thing to worry about is the environment score. Don't go open plan cos that always drags down the score. Very large rooms also score badly. Basements are part of the base game. Just search the web for sims, basements, tutorial and loads will come up. Some of the best tutes on the web are by a player called MikeInside ... look out for his tutorials in your search engine results. Or any results for ModTheSims2
