Two questions -- the Tombstone and aging (cheat-related)

    1. OK so I need to get the Tombstone of L and D to change my sim's name .... I thought that you just had to shift-click on an active sim and it would open the dialogue box ... but nothing happens.

    2. Does aging on/off turn aging on/off for EVERYONE? If so, is there a way to just make my adults not age? I don't want them to die before they raise a few more kiddies. (I know I could have them drink that life juice stuff, but it's aspiration-points expensive.)

#1: before you shift-click you need to enable the "debug cheat" (boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true)
after you shift-click you go to SPAWN and find the tumbstone of L&D on the left side of the pie menu

#2 it works for everyone if it"s entered CORRECTLY as aging -off
To change s/o specific life span you could look for an object called "The InSiminator" (v1.6 for the original game, or v1.1 for Uni-EP)
or you'd have to "hack" using either SimPE(free Program) or the TS2Enhancer(46h Trial)
not sure if there are other items to perform that action

Or Merola's multipainting can add days to individual sims' lives.

But the Elixir isn't expensive really. 30,000 ASP's for 5 doses each giving 3 days. That's only 2,000 points a day. What else you gonna spend all those ASP points on? Money trees are so tedious and that ounterfeiting machine is a waste of space ... and I had the ****** thing catch on fire nearly killing all the student sims in a whole dorm. :(
