Uploading, I must be very stupid I cannot for the life of me figure out how to upload dogs to the exchange. Does anyone know? Because the sims 2 site does not tell you anywhere. I was going to try the way it says for Sims, but for some reason Body Shop does not open. Which is a complete other issue.
You're not stupid. But you can't create and edit pets in BodyShop. I don't know the exact reason why Maxis decided to make this impossible, but they did. So you can't use BodyShop to upload your pets to the exchange either. In the game itself, in "Create new Family", you can create a cat or dog, save their breed and then upload it to the official website. That's the only way. Also. You mentioned you cannot open BodyShop. I'm not sure why that is, but it might have something to do with an older version you're trying to open. Since you have Pets, you also have a newer version of BodyShop. With each expansion/stuff pack comes a new version of BodyShop. You should also open the newest BodyShop. If you try opening older versions, you get errors or they just won't open.
