    Hello chingyb2k

    Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 1.60GHz
    Memory: 256MB RAM
    GeForce2 MX 100 32MB Memory onboard. (maybe 16)
    Gateway EV700 17" Monitor
    -Viewable screen size: 15.9-inch
    -Maximum resolution: 1280 x 1024
    -Dot pitch: 0.28

Video seems sufficent regardless it is 32 however 16, might be questionable. Most models I've seen are 32MB so I'm pretty sure you are using an AGP 4X with 32MB of Memory on the card.

Processor speed, more than sufficent based on preliminary specs.

Memory could use a bit of upgrading. Gateway systems....hmm you can probably up it to 768MB to 1GB of memory with no problems. 512MB is recommended for Windows XP (256MB is the Current the Industry Standard, however come January 2004 512MB will most likely dominate the market)

Rule of thumb: you can never have too much memory.

Monitor, very nice, however you might get annoyed at the unusually large dots (.28DPI)

    BTW...Welcome to WorldSims :)
