What are these download packs? http://www.simfusion.co.uk/viewpage.php?page_id=56 i found this Sims site off wikipedia and i noticed that. what exactly are those? are they safe? are they official?
Well they aren't official packs because those only are from EA Games and Maxis. However anyone can create custom content and put it online to download; which this site has done. They have just conveniently placed several of their items into one file to download so that you don't have to download each individual thing separately. These specific packs look like they include hacks to modify behavior so I might be a little cautious on downloading them, but it looks like they did a great job. I'm not too familiar with Simfusion but I think they are a reputable site. Check out Our Favorite Download Sites thread for sites we all seem to like around here.
