What did I do?? lol Anyone ever got a sim "furious" at ur whole familyhold mysterisly? Well my sim was feeding her fish one day when this old man "Consort Capp" I think that's his name, came running INTO her house and start yelling at her! I don't understand! My sim have never met this guy before let alone making him furious. And then whenever he pasts by their house, he would run in and yell at whoever is on the lower level (there's only her and her husband and baby in this household). ANd of course the sim's favourite dirty move, tip over the garbage can..... It was funny at first, but now it's just getting annoying! Man.. just gotta love this game.. lol
Is someone looking through the telescope during the day? They spy on Consort, and he comes running over to slap them! Consort is dead in my game, so Bottom Summerdream always comes over to slap the daytime telescope-users now. Yep, she also tips the garbage can.
That reminds me of when Quinn and Dalila broke up in my Dear Emmy story thread. They were always walking by each other's house thinking furious thoughts and tipping over the trash cans. It got to be annoying. Yes, the telescope. There's always someone in the neighborhood that everyone else likes to spy on with the telescope. Makes you wonder what goes on in that household that everyone finds so interesting. :shocked:
AHH Telescope!! that explains it! weird thing is my neighbor is Summerdream, then next to them is the Capps.. so I dunno why it was Consort that got mad... lol
If you watch the thought bubbles of the sim who is looking through the telescope during the day you will see thoughts of bushes, flowers, cars and things at first, but then they start to get images of someone from the neighborhood. Doesn't have to be someone next door. That's when your sim starts giggling and looking around nervously. Not long after, of course, even if the sim is no longer looking through the telescope, the spied upon neighbor runs into the house and starts yelling, maybe even shoving. Not good for neighborly relations.
I didn't know that could be possible cos I never watch the sim while he's using the telescope... I think I should check that out again next time.. lol
That used to happen all the time with Mortimer Goth (he's dead now though), and on one of my other neighbourhoods one of my Sims (Leah Bacon) was in college and spied on Marina Bacon, her future mother-in-law! So when Leah got married to Tom, her relationship with Marina was not too good, let's just say.
