When you buy cars..... I want to know when you buy cars, can you give people lifts to work/school? people in the house or friends.....???
A driver in the house can take a child to school. I've done that on occasion when they've moved into a new house so that the kid doesn't miss a day of school just because they've moved. I suspect a teen could take the car to school and I know that adults can take the car to work. I've tried having them take a guest with them. That works if you also have made them part of a date or casual group. (I use "casual group, just for fun" for that a lot.)
Yes, teenagers can drive to school. I didn't know adults could take children, though, so thanks for the tip! I had a family with four teenagers that had three cars in the driveway. I would have had more but I ran out of room!
Yep the adults taking kids to school is real handy when your sims move house. Sims always arrive at a new home at 8am on a Monday ... too late for the school bus so the little brats lose a day at school and a grade ... unless they have access to a car
