won't woohoo?

Two of my happily married sims won't woohoo or try for baby. Woohoo is one of their wants but it just won't happen. They wave their hands in the air like they are brushing it off. has this happened to anyone?

 

That happens when there is someone else in the room.

 

Maybe they're relationship rate isn't high enough?

 

There was nobody in the room or anything! I guess I'll just keep trying!

 

They are married with two kids already
