work wild cards How about a hack so that the wild cards you get during your jobs pop up every day you go to work, or you can at least pick when you want them. I haven't had a wild card in AGES, and I miss them. And maybe a way to add our own.
You can trigger this effect by mucking around with the debug cheat, "boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true". SHIFT-CLICK on your Sim, spawn the "chance card tester", and then you can force chance cards, or force their outcomes.
Just be very careful how you use this "cheat" as people have seriously mucked up their games with it. It would be a good idea not to play with it unless you either know what you're doing (like JMP) or you have detailed instructions about what *not* to do with it and what you can do with it.
It's not so much an issue of knowing what you're doing, so much as it is an issue of acceptable collateral damage. You don't HAVE to know what you're doing with it, but you do have to have the good sense to make backups if you don't.
