Tutorials could you maybe make tutorials for using php and databases and stuff for us who just fumble in the dark using very little knowledge

I dont really know what i am doing with My SQL. I have emailed a few people but if you have any tips PM me please. I am stuck on creating a new DB, usernames and DB Host. I'll have a look through them sites Thanks
