do you update you motherboard drivers? i suggest you to format your hard drive too...when you change something like graphic card you should...
if you put another dvd's on your driver, the dvd drive read them?

did you instaled all games patches?
hummm...uninstall your audio drivers and then run the game and check if the game crash... (can you play other games without crashes?)
try what moon said... i saw that you have 4GB of memory...that might be the problem.. your OS recognize your 4GB of memory??
do you have the last drivers for vista?
