    That happened to me, but I uninstalled the game (but not the saved games) and then reinstalled it and then it worked for me.

    Troubleshooting Sims 3 Create a World Tool

    I really like this tool, but whenever I try to save the world I've been working on, it stops working and closes. Does anyone know how to solve this?
