I love all kinds of tofu...and salmon eggs are not bad...just a little bit of an odd taste even for me...and I've tried lots of Asian cuisines.

like I said it stinks weird...but its good, especially with the special sauce for it.
ahh yes...but each soy sauce has a distinctive taste to them from each country...its not really noticeable unless you come from a family who knows...
I love what you call "stinky" tofu (the pic above) also...its so good with that special sauce made specifically for it....it stinks but so good.
