Sorry but the system requirements are the same for both the CD and DVD versions ... except of course that the DVD version requires a DVD drive.

I agree with you zoxysim. Zooty. I have found that they are all set neutral in preference with a very slight leaning toward the opposite gender
I only bought the champagne once. Like the Mashuno game it has a 150% attraction factor to all sims and they just spend all their time queuing up...
Sim PE allows you to alter the degree to which a sim is 'attracted' to males and females.
I doubt that it is a glitch. The outcome of the birth is a random choice made by the program. I've got at least on family that has 4 or 5 children...
