Did you by chance swap out the shaders precomp file (censor remover) and/or the resource cfg files? You need to have the original files to apply...

Between your poor cpu , low amount of ram and the crappy video chipset (which I'm not sure is supported ) I'm surprised it ran at all.

Okay click the start button and when the start menu pops up right above it you will see the word "run" click that and type in dxdiag and click ok....
