You might check out the official forums for the game. Here I found a patch for it that might help ya....
I played the original S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and while it was a pretty cool game it was full of quirks . Alot of times it would crash on loading levels...

You can try doing this as some times things glitch up for whatever reason. open the cheat box by pressing ctrl shift c at the same time and type...
