I like your region Anikan. Looks exciting to me. I heard at one of the chatevents before that 3 blocks is the maximum distance a sim walks to train, bus or subway stations. I believe they are driving on the right side of the roads as in most countrys so I think you will see that easily. The rest of the questions I can't answer at all. I think Sam, Greyleaf, Lew or Sageon can do that. Tell us when and if you get the strategy to Belgium. As an European I'm most interested in knowing that. The age of your utilities (Power and waterstations) depends on 2 factors - how much they're being used and how much they're being funded. ie if a power plant is nearing its capacity or isn't funded much it will age quicker.

normaly the strategy guide came out this week ,but its canceled again,i dunno wen,its frustated here in europe to get it :( i hope its soon
