My "short- and long-term ideas" for the licensing issue looks like this (abbreviated Short-term: purchase the license, so that the site can continue Long-term: form an internal team to work on how to deal with "switching companies" You might want to blame me on this because I partly conceptualized the idea of swapping licenses and modules with another company, and I think that will work because it will actually make our site better and more stable with better licenses and features, and it may be more costly for a start to do such (involving transfer of files, documents, logs, and information), but in the long term, it will benefit the site as a whole.
