You need the OFB cheesecake as downloaded ones don't have that "special something." The cheesecake doesn't absolutely guarentee it, but it markedly ups the likelihood, so it may seem like it works 100%. The "forceTwins" really does work 100% of the time, even if you do it just before they announce how many babies are on the way. (But only if you have the right aforementioned EPs.)
