Does Any One Know How To Get Rid Of Default Skins Hi there, Does anyone know how to get rid of the UGLY default skins that come with the sims and its expansions. See the thing is i have downloaded so many skins that i seem to have about half really cool and interesting skins and half of really boring and ordinary skins from the original game. I have tried deleting the default skins from the textures file FAR, but it doens't work. Any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated jo
I've never tried this, but what MIGHT work is if you extracted the Maxis skins from the .far file, copied ONLY the ones you wanted in your game, and then deleted the Maxis .far file (AFTER making a backup, just in case! but then, you'd always have the original on the disk so can reinstall to get it all back to default.) Let me know if you get something to work!! I just deleted the original maxis skins that were NOT in the .far files...
