Frozen at load screen upon entering lot. Frustrating... I have poured hours into the pleasantview neighborhood and one day it stopped letting me enter lots to play. What I mean is, I click on a lot, it shows the normal information (picture, cash, friends) only the family connector (that shows a green line) to family and friends on other lots is not working (or even an option). The load screen comes up with the rotating hourglass and the music plays but nothing happens. Also, the other two default neighborhoods work fine and I can enter those lots and play normally. Looking through the other threads I guess it may be a corrupt file? Like I said... too much time has been put into these lots and I can't abandon them. Obviously I'm not too inclined technically but I really need help.
The neighborhood is gone. Nothing you can do. Restore a backup if you have one otherwise there's nothing you can do.
