Actually, my dear, that's the first line of A Wrinkle in Time, by Madeleine L'Engle. Snoopy stole it. If you haven't read that series yet, you might enjoy it. At least I did at your age, but there were fewer quality books to choose from way back then. (And no, I did NOT ride a dinosaur to work ...) There was a huge explosion of great children's literature starting in the late 80s. Missed my childhood, but my daughter is now benefiting. Harry Potter is just the tip of the literary iceberg. Oh, sorry. This thread isn't rants anonymous, is it? Um, 123?

hehehehe, I was an Elder Moderator, and then I made it to Grandmaster Moderator, and that seems so much cooler. But, then again, when I just glance at it, I read it as "Grandmother" and I have to stop and think, Hey!!!!! Lynet, your turn.
