Yeah, well, I'm thinking of trying it with a guy, because, for one, it was kinda' weird seeing my Simself's husband take my last name (honestly, how many husbands actually do that?), and because the female NPCs and townies are supposedly hotter than the males (I might as well marry a chipmunk if that's the case, lol )
Ya! Why are all the male NPC's gerks or nerds?! I was gonna get her to marry forrest but I have a different gal for him. Does the continue legacy sim HAVE TO MARRY AN NPC?
*sigh* I'm afraid so...I just hope I'm wrong. Because my Sim girl is halfway through her child stage, and she's ugly enough without combining genetics with some big-nosed freak with weird, sunken eyes...:tired:
LOL , I got my Legacy Sim (Peg) To marry the mail man. He's not bad looking and his skills were MAXED OUT! he was a popularity sim. The perfect husband. (that's my legacy update and a statement) Peg is currently ppregnant with a baby. Is there somthing you can do WITHOUT USING A CHEAT to make it more likly for twins? Somone said eat cookies as a snack or somthing....
yupyup. I used to think that was a load of bull, but I'm still using the 'speed up my pregnancy' thing, and haven't gotten another set of twins since my alien girls.
Ok 2 things. I started a Legacy family and they had a kid. I used NO cheats and NO mods! When the toddler grew up into a child the child (Skye) Only had 1 day left before he turned into a teenager! He had JUST turned into a child. Help? 2nd my kid got clothes iv'e never seen before not for sale either here's a pick of it.
The age thing is probably a bug, but maybe you should be grateful, you know? Less hassle. The clothes, however, are in C.A.S.
I'm not grateful with the age thing! as an experminmnt to see if it goes normal he is now an elder and about to die! I didn't save of course! would it be ok to use the multipainting mirror to reverse this effect?
I continued playing to see what would happen, he turned into a teen then right away into and adult then instantly into an elder then 2 days later he died!I didn't save and left the game.
Willis Redux I got tired of my old legacy. It had gone sour after I cheated once too often. I made a brand new hood and called it Williston. I made one sim in Body Shop and called her Sarah Willis and made her a knowledge sim and moved her into a Williston where she bought the largest plot and got a job in the medical profession ... she got friendly with NPC Benjamin Long (was it? I forget his second name) ... anyway I forbade myself any cheats. No reloads, not even moveobjects (except to remove stuck sims/objects and only after 24 sims hours have elapsed). I managed to screw up her promotion chain so I held her at specialist with 24 days left before going senior (used Elixir of life) so she could marry Benjamin ... mainly cos she was expecting his baby ... I set a rule about woohoo-ing. If the woohoo aspiration appears the sims must Try For a Baby My other rules are as follows: Each generation must have at least one child of each sex in it (or at least keep trying until death or overcrowding stops additions!). Children may not move out until they reach university age. All children must go to university ... one must return -- hopefully this will be possible Each adult in the house must have a job and the job cannot be in the same path as the other adults. Each child turning teen must be placed into the next aspiration around the clock ... thus: wealth : knowledge : family : romance : popularity. So with Sarah being knowledge her first child will be a family sim

But, have to tell you that the outfit your little guy is wearing is the normal defult one my sim sons usually get when I don't have any boy clothes in their dresser. Mirelly: Very cool rules. Oh ... BTW what is going on with Benjy's nose? It looks like he bought it from a Concorde yard sale!
