Yay! I love the neighborhood you made for me. It is just like I said I wanted! You are very talented. I would love to have simcity4 to make cities! Sarah
Just to let you all know, I have now moved all my neighborhoods to my website. (Click my sig's pic.) That's where I will keep all my neighborhoods but I will still tell you all here about my latest neighborhoods and will still take requests from here.
Aww I WOULD looove a custom Neighborhood for TS2.. Could You make me one? Do I have to supply a picture or describe? If you were even willing.. or have the time.. that'd be great!!! Thanks!!!! Crystal
Sorry it should be back up now. I've been making some changes and forgot about changing my sig. Yes I can make you a neighborhood for TS2. You can describe it and/or make a pic. I have the time until the 16th.
do you think you can make me a neighborhood like... um.... oh, I don't no, just make a super creative one...
They're coming guys! They'll also be MUCH better as I'm thinking about putting up whole neighborhoods (Props, ect) already in. (Maybe even some of my houses.
Have you putting them into TS2 yet? I put around 20 of mine in to see how they would work. Some of the experiments were *very* interesting. (In a lot of them I was working with "failure states" where I was pushing the idea to a limit.)
Aww thats awesome.. Yeah I so want another neighborhood filled with my little simmys! LOL.. Does anyone else have the sims 2 game yet? I got mine the 15th cant stop playing it
I was playing with it again last night and having a great time figuring out some of the ways to do things. I was amazed at how many lots you *can* put in a neighborhood. I had a pretty hilly one that I was working with mostly last night and found when I was done that I had put in about 80 lots, most of them 5x5 size! I also found that if you have a big barrier on one side, such as a mountain peak or a cliff, that it's very difficult to get to all the areas where a lot could be put. ("Another one bites the dust!") When they say "middle 1/2, it's not a border thing. It's sort of like there is a circle where you can place the lots (and which can be put into the visible area.) It seems to be about 18-20 squares off to the side, but less than 14 diagonal squares into the corner. I wish there was a tool to show us where that will be when we're building. It would make it so much easier.
http://members.iinet.net.au/~atlantis/ts2.html Yeah that would be cool! Just an update guys some lots are already made which will come with the neighborhood when I release it. Lot 1:Here!
Hey, I also tried my hand at making a few landscapes. Only it seems that It is pretty hard to build in Sims 2 on landscapes that are not flat.
Update If you haven't already seen in my sig my computer has crashed (No idea why yet.) so everything is gone. Well not gone just I don't have the data back yet. (I'm on my 1GHz, 256mb ram at the moment!:dead: ) Hopefully I'll have the data back tonight. Okay now for the real update. Soon all my neighborhoods that I trust (Ones that don't have the evil blue sky, ect.) will be put onto SimStuff. The reason being I am too cheap to buy more space for my account and I need more space for my huge neighborhood I am making (Yes a did not abandon this project. ). All of my houses will also be put onto SimStuff. All of this will hopefully happen within 24hrs.
