"Please eject and rehe CD-ROM, select OK and restart application"

I get an error box saying

    Title: Cannot locate the CD-ROM

"Please eject and rehe CD-ROM, select OK and restart application"

    My specs are:

    OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600)
System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Lyd.
    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHZ (8CPUs), ~2.8GHZ
    Memory: 6144MB Ram
    DirectX Version: DirectX 11
    HardDrive: 500gb

    Graphics,
    ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series

Iv tried like everything suggested on this site, I probably missed over something. I have the disc and it put it in and it keeps saying I need to put the disc in. It also says (Sometimes) There are known compatable issues. (I have windows 7)

btw, put this computer together myself. But i doubt it is an issue with wires or data transfer. I think it has to do with the graphics or something, even though it keeps saying I need 2 put the disc in.

If the drive can play other disks fine then I doubt it's a hardware/wire problem.
Did the game install fine? Any EPs? Does the base game play without EPs?

I don't have TS2 installed on any copy of 7 yet but I would try doing what Microsoft recommends with the compatibility issues.
