problem with sims 2 i got the sims 2 like a week ago, and it doesnt work good at all. i have all the requirements, but the graphics are all messed up. someone had a similar problem to me on this site, so they said something about updating drivers. i tried that, and the game only works faster. its like the texture or something like that. someone let me know if you know how to fix it. thanks.

Especially, read the answers to questions number 1 and 2. (p.s. I'm not the technical help here. I just know that they'll ask for the specs right off the bat.)
sorry, i forgot to post that. here's the info on my computer: processor: x86 Family 15 model 2 stepping 9 GenuineIntel -2,492 MHz system memory: 60 GB windows version: XP graphic card/video card: Intel extreme graphics 82845 memory: i have plenty. the problem is the first post. let me know if you can help or if i do need more info.
