It depends. Anywhere from 4:00 to 6:30, and I get out of bed up to a half hour after I get up. Sometimes less, usually never more except on weekends, where I sleep in for an extra minute or so What's your favorite dairy product, and flavor, if it's something that has different flavors/varieties.
