SIMGAMES HAS BEEN RIPPED OFF!

FINAL WARNING TO STEADFAST NETWORKS AND SIMGAMES.NET

To whome it may concern,

This matter and constant abuse and imapropiate behaviour on this forum, towards me, my staff and my website hads gon on long enough, As stated in my website's terms of service document, Abuse towards our staff or our network staff in any way will not be tolerated. IE: you use foul language, threaten us, or do anything we find offensive. Simgames.net and your members have been found gilty of this, and furthermore your statements and comments on this forum have been researched and we have found that this is against the law, you are causing me and my staff some doistress, disxcomfort and also you are making comments that are not 100% true and or are not arciute.

Alec may of done things he should not of, but Alec is now dead as you know, and we have just reused his content, which you found to be in likleness to your own content, however, on a number of occasions I have said that we should just close this dispute and get on with running our own companies.

I have offered on this forum a compromise and I have offered to redesign my website with completely new content, which will not be a so called infringement of your website's interletial property rights. I have also responded in a timely mannor when you have made a complaint and have removed such content as needed. However, this dispute has gone on long enough, has caused too much damage to my own reputation and my website's reputation, and now is the time to end it.

I am now giving Simgames.net and Steadfast Networks 14 days from today, that is Wednesday 15th November to purge this topic and all content from it, otherwise Maxisgamer and it's parent company Chaznet Networks will be forced to take legal proceedings against you and belive me we will do it!

We're not deleting this topic. However, it would be appreciated if you would dump all the content that has been taken from our site over the years and write your own. You don't need us to like you before you purge all the stolen content you've accumulated. Just take it down and rebuild it on your own.

You cannot outwardly apply your terms of service to people not using your service. You face no threat from us, and we have no obligation to refrain from things you find offensive simply because you've written that in your terms of service. If you're offended, don't come to this site anymore. If you're interested in continuing to threaten us with legal action, then you're no longer welcome to participate in this forum. If that's what you prefer, I'll be happy to ban your account for you.

And as for your reputation, it precedes you. Most of the information in this thread is either verifiable or speculative. Neither are illegal and nothing will be deleted.

If you hadn't been stealing our content all this time, this thread never would have existed and you'd have saved yourself a lot of trouble. Attempting an international lawsuit will cost quite a bit of money, and I would strongly advise against wasting it, since you have a free hosting network to run that brings in no apparent revenue.

 

Ok all content removed, I re did our terms too, if you spot anything that is still yours please let me know. Could this topic now be closed, not deleted but closed and also please let me know if you see anything of yours again. I retact my coments re leagal proceedings now because we have got this sorted out.

By the way in regards to a comment made from Simguy earlier in this topic, yes you are right, H-sphere is better, but darn espensive! Oh well good luck with everything.
