    Re design the game.

A 233 system with 32 MB of RAM (even if it did run the game in a pleasing manner) is about as old as my system. This means most computers bought, new, in the last 2 years, perform beyond what the sims needs. This is the main reason that I bringing out " The Sims 2 ". Second, they can go back and correct long standing problems that hereto have only been dealt with in patch form. Perhaps they can redesign objects, sim behaviors, or make Edith more reliable. I really can't say what the fix is, but they sure could have one. So rather than buying another couple of expansion packs, Maxis is better off making The Sims 2 and getting another good marketing push for it. TSO shows the game still has marketing potential, even at the expense of the oldest cd's (livin large, etc)

One thing about The Sims 2 if/when it comes out... if it's in 3-d it will be amazing... but I have the feeling it won't be quite as customizable as the Sims when it comes to objects... and the customizable aspect of the game is part of why people love it so much!!

I definatly want my sim kids to have a lifecycle, like toddlers and preteen. It would be great if they would make it where you could go with your sims to work and control what they do. That would be awesome.

I was wondering about the weather too. Will it harm my game?
