yeah, its called an avatar, you can upload ur own little avatar, or link it to another url source

its in ur user cp, under edit options

 

If you have more than 500 posts, you may also specify your own custom avatar.

Yes. Once you acquire 500 post you get to have an avitar of your choosing. You also get to have a costum title under your name.
The best place to get your count up would be in Midnight Central - talking with Decryption. Either that or participate in the forum games.

talking to Decryption might be a good way to get your post count up...but its a really bad idea...he/she/it gets really annoying really quickly...
