A Clockwork Orange.

(It's kind of hard to understand what they're saying in several parts because of the "Nadsat" but, I think, it has a good storyline nothing-the-less. It's definately a strong R-rating even though it was originally released in '71, because of adult situations and "Ultraviolent" moments. If you're not easily offended by what Alex and his droogs do [and turn it off] then you should understand what the movie is trying to say.)
