I've only used it for my simself so far. I get kind of nervous when I type it in--I feel like my sim could turn into a mash of warped pixels or something if I do something wrong. Yes, Sims2, I agree that you shouldn't be using boolProp yet. Just try enjoying the game the way it is first. Before asking what happens when you do something, try it out in the game. Unless it involves hacks or cheats, there won't be any negative results. Don't be afraid to have bad things happen to your sims. Oftentimes, the bad memories are the most amusing to watch.
sorry but im not so great at taking in full read booklets.....its only about typing a cheat on a game...trying it out....i only wanted to know how should type it in..if something goes wrong so what..i just dont save the game:S
I just basically need telling ONCE how to type it in:S or ill never know! look at the stretch skeleton cheat...that didnt say u had to type a number after the cheat. Simple mistake....and the business game is complicated..cheats arent..u type them thats all!
I have never used any cheats in the game, never will, and have absolutely no idea about boolprop and I'm proud to be blissfully unaware lol. sims2 - I agree with others when they say don't attempt to use boolprop. I think that you should buy OFB Prima Guide, read it all through (took me a couple of times and i'm an experienced simmer), and just play the game for a while - you will learn far more by playing it yourself and watching how things develop in the game than by asking others zillions of questions. The best part about playing sims 2 is discovering things for yourself - it's great fun when you see something for the first time in the game and I still find new things in the game even now. Sure, if you have a problem then ask away, but also you should read the other threads in the forum to see if someone else has already asked the question - your query will probably have been answered. The Sims 2 is a lot of fun, but as you're not yet experienced with the game, I would spend a while reading the guide/instruction booklet and experimenting with the game - if it doesn't work out how you planned, you can always exit without saving lol. Have fun!
quod erat demonstrandum... Sims2, have you figured out how to install downloads yet? If you have, then go here: http://www.simchaotics.com/ On this site go to Merola's Sims 2 page and get the Multipainting (count down to item #8 to find it on Merola's list) and install it in your game. In your game you will find it in the Decorative buy section under pictures (if you install it correctly.) It's a painting. It will have an asterisk in the bottom corner of the picture in the buy catalog. The painting looks like what Merola says it looks like! Buy it and hang it in your sim's house. The painting does lots of interesting things for sims in your game when you click on one end or the other or in the middle. It's far, far better than the boolprop cheat. And safer. People here at Worldsims are very good people who are trying to help you. Even if you don't understand why, pay attention to what they say anyway, and say 'Thank you.'
Game and Forum tips: Forum Tips: Edit posts insted of Double posting, Its annoying Game tips: Do not use boolprop, i just tryed it, now im reisntalling my sims 2, and im experieanced at Sim games. (It pretty much messed my whole game up, luckyi had a back up)
The only cheat ive ever used is to get money, when I feel like a challenging game I will not use any cheats because I dont see the point. But when im mucking around I sometimes use cheats, if i need to. For example; one time I built an experiment where I built identical rooms and locked all the sims in to see their reactions. I tryed lots of stuff with them, it was a laugh and I needed to use the money cheat to fund it all.
well, its really hard for me to read a book...cause i dont read books lol. And like i said....i develop things which i have..but i am only asking how to type a cheat code in the cheat box..that really isnt asking for much! Right..well ill miss that cheat out! Im sorry over double posting..but sometimes it just doesnt let me edit!:S well this is just too far complicating for me..maybe i should just learn and develop these skills..i generally know a lot already anyway! just odd bits
I believe that the thing about the Boolprop Cheat is that if something goes wrong, you can't just not save the game - you're entire game (neighborhoods and all!) could get hosed, and you would have to completely uninstall The Sims 2 (plus any expansion packs) and then reinstall, thus losing any sims and neighborhoods you had. This why I have never messed with boolprop...Take Lynet's advice and download Merola's Painting. It does many of the things you can do in Boolprop, but without the risk of creating a BFVFS. (That's a Big Fireball Visible From Space, for those of you new to the forum.)
Okay, your Kids U.G.L.Y but it's not the ends, if you just wait until they become an adult Plastic Surgery is of course a growing popularity!!
